Job Description

1. Manage the daily operations to achieve the branch's sales targets
2. Supervise, lead and motivate team members to achieve and maximise the branch's sales targets
3. Handle all service recovery cases including refunds and complaints and resolve all complaints, feedback, verification and inquiries in the utmost efficient, effective, satisfying and timely manner in accordance with the Company's standards and procedure
4. Investigate and evaluate all relevant information pertaining to the branch's operational incidents and/or accidents and prepare detailed reports for the necessary customer's reply, internal investigation and/or insurance claims etc
5. Manage the sales register and ensure accurate recording of purchases of treatment, services and products
6. Ensure the proper upkeeping of the branch's records and details of customers purchases of treatment, services and products
7. Prepare Monthly Sales and service reports for Management
8. Ensure accuracy of stock levels, transactions and placement of orders and proper storage and maintenance of stock
9. Manage budget and forecast planning for the branch
10. Provide all general records, data, statistics and any reports as required by the Management
11. Ensure compliance and performance of all initiatives, directives and instructions from the immediate supervisor and Management team within the stipulated timeline and ensure alignment with overall business strategies
12. Disseminate all corporate information and organize explanations in an efficient, clear and accurate format and manner to all team members
13. Plan and manage the work schedules of team members
14. Supervise, coach, motivate and provide support to team members to create a positive, productive and prosperous working environment
15. Be the bridge between the team members and HR / Management to surface any staff issues and propose viable solutions with the objective of improving staff productivity and increasing staff retention levels
