⇒ Role Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing Commercial Capabilities with a key Commercial Issuer in Singapore. This role will develop a network of key cross functional stakeholders including various product teams, sales, client support at client and work directly with the client and implementation partners to expand the usage of Client's Commercial Capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to excel in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
⇒ Main Responsibilities
- Develop and own product expertise over time to proactively advocate, as a subject matter expert to the client which will require a deep understanding of product functionality and roadmap, regulatory and compliance issues, technology and operational environment of target customers, including major operational risk issues.
- Assess client business needs and identify applicable functional capabilities required, helping client add various capabilities to achieve success.
- Leverage appropriate organisational assets and resources to provide an exceptional implementation & integration experience to the client.
- Develop key focus sectors (e.g. Healthcare, Government, Logistics) with specific value propositions.
- Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience and external partners as required both at company and client's side.
- Support the client to drive new sales opportunities and increase existing usage of Commercial Capabilities to meet portfolio growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders within organisation as well as with the client.
⇒ Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering.
- Master's Degree in related fields is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years experience involving product management, presales consulting and/or launching new products (preferably with commercial segments).
- Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in program and project management in a matrixed, multi-country, and multi-cultural environment.

- Experience in client engagement in product management / specialist roles.
- Demonstrated ability to research, understand business process and to propose ideas to deliver solutions.
- Has worked in SME or Large Corporate focused roles, adept at gathering required internal approvals, managing launch plans and communications. This requires the ability to own and deliver a plan or to work collaboratively on larger projects.
- Understand the macro trends impacting payments, banks and financial services and assimilate the information to develop value propositions and execute client adoption.
