Job Overview

This is a technical sales position focusing on market development in Singapore and Southeast Asian marine industry. The role serves as the local key contact for shipowners, shipyards, ship management companies and maritime institutions. You will collaborate with the HQ team to deliver technical solutions, conduct business negotiations and drive project implementation. You will also build long-term client and partnership ecosystems to enhance the company's market share and brand influence in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Client Development:Independently develop high-quality clients and partners in Singapore andSoutheast Asia, establish local maritime resource networks, and maintain long-term strategic cooperative relationships.

2. Technical Sales Support: Act as the front-line local contact, provide professional technical consultation on marine equipment, electromechanical and automation systems. Independently deliver technical proposals, quotations, product demonstrations and technical clarification.

3. Customized Solution Execution: Identify market trends and client pain points, comply with international maritime standards and Singapore MPA regulations. Cooperate with internal technical and production teams to design competitive customized solutions and drive business negotiation and contract signing.

4. Full-cycle Project Management: Provide end-to-end technical support and client maintenance throughout pre-sales, sales and after-sales stages. Timely resolve technical issues, ensure smooth project delivery, commissioning and acceptance, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Industry & Competitor Analysis:Continuously track Southeast Asian marine industry trends, green shipping, smart vessel technologies and competitor strategies. Provide market insights to support regional marketing strategy optimization and product upgrading.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation or related engineering disciplines.

2. Experience: 3-5 years technical sales experience in marine equipment industry, familiar with marine engine and electrical automation products. Candidates with existing Singapore or Southeast Asian market resources and successful project cases are preferred.

3. Language: Fluent in English for technical documentation, business negotiation and cross-cultural communication proficient in Mandarin for daily alignment with China HQ.

4. Competencies: Result-driven, with outstanding business negotiation, client development and relationship management skills. Flexible and proactive, able to adapt to Singapore's multicultural working environment.

5. Work Requirement: Willing to be based in Singapore and accept frequent business travel in Southeast Asia.

Preferred CandidateProfile

1. Familiar with Southeast Asian marinemarket rules, local client decision-making mechanisms and industry compliancestandards

2. Solid technical background in marineelectromechanical equipment, capable of independent full-cycle technical saleswork

3. Flexible, resilient and high EQ, good at long-term client relationship maintenance and proactive in market expansion.
