Job Summary

Support import and purchasing processes, assist sales activities, manage inventory and product shipments, and prepare sales and audit reports to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Manage communications and transactions with Korean suppliers to support purchasing activities
• Provide sales support by assisting with customer interactions and order processing
• Maintain internal management tasks including inventory entry, product labeling verification, shipment assistance, and deposit confirmation
• Compile and organize transactional records for audit submissions to IRAS
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to track business performance
• Perform upkeep of company records and complete additional duties as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales or business development
• Proficient in written and spoken English for effective communication
• Willingness and ability to travel when necessary

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fluent Korean, both speaking and writing.
• PR holders, SG Citizens
• Understanding of target customers and their relationship to the company's products

Other Information

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Saturday/Every Last Saturday of the month: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Compensation:
During probation -

• Basic Salary: S$2,100
• Allowance: S$900
