Responsibilities
- Implement marketing strategies to determine annual unit sales and gross-profit plans
- Increase purchase volume from existing customers by promoting relevant products and offers
- Forecast and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories to establish sales objectives
- Source and secure new sales opportunities to meet company sales targets
- Build and nurture customer relationships that deliver mutual value and long-term benefits
- Communicate with customers to manage and resolve complaints or feedback promptly
- Organize and lead sales and account management meetings with customers and prospects
- Support the creation of strategies, plans, and marketing materials to promote the company's business
- Facilitate the fulfillment of agreements between the company and its customers
- Protect company profitability and brand by proposing and reviewing sales terms and conditions
- Prepare, record, and report individual sales activities and results to management
- Ensure all required sales documentation is obtained and assist in retrieving receivables from clients
