- Proactively develop and execute the sales strategy; drive sustainable growth in your territory
- Acquire new business and expand reach with existing customers
- Build strategic partnerships; establish C-level relationships
- Meet/exceed quotas; manage forecasting and pipeline
- Gather market and competitive insights; execute Go-To-Market plans

- Several years of B2B sales experience in IT/Security or tech (enterprise)
- Proven success in new business, key account management, and partner development
- Strong C-level communication; results- and solution-oriented
- Negotiation skills; fluent in German and English; other languages a plus
- Willingness to travel in the territory; high integrity and ethics
