Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customers

  • Use your industry network to secure and grow accounts (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, catering, distributors, seafood suppliers, logistics hubs).
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively visit customers, resolve issues on the spot, and ensure service quality.

Delivery Route & Operations

  • Plan and manage daily sales delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
  • Work closely with drivers, riding along routes when needed to ensure performance.
  • Handle urgent orders, last-minute changes, and problem-solving directly on the ground.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, vehicle loading, and customer drop-offs.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with production and warehouse teams to align sales with supply.
  • Track sales per route and report on performance.
  • Suggest improvements to delivery planning and route profitability.

Requirements

  • Strong customer connections in F&B, catering, wholesale, or cold chain.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in food/ice supply.
  • Hands-on experience managing delivery routes and working with drivers.
  • Practical knowledge of Singapore roads, delivery patterns, and peak demand.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and willing to be on the ground daily.
  • Strong problem-solving skills - able to react fast when delivery or customer issues arise.
