Job Summary
We seek a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets locally and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize individual and team performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align efforts and support business goals
- Manage extensive overseas travel to engage clients and expand business opportunities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills applied in client interactions and deal closures
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools for data-driven sales management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not necessary)
