Job Summary
Drive sales growth for Semiconductor and Potable water products by managing customer accounts, negotiating pricing, forecasting revenue, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Perform vertical sales activities targeting Semiconductor and Potable water product accounts to increase market share
- Manage and negotiate sales prices and discount structures to optimize profitability and competitiveness
- Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions to support sales opportunities
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams to inform business planning
- Develop targeted plans to drive revenue growth across all market sectors using company products and support services
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, logistics, and technical service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Analyze market potentials and evaluate the value of existing and prospective customers to prioritize sales efforts
- Track and analyze sales statistics using IFS ERP system, updating business activities for accurate reporting
- Conduct telephone calls, in-person visits, and deliver presentations to engage existing and potential customers effectively
- Identify competitive advantages by comparing company products and services against competitors to position offerings strategically
- Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote products and expand network
- Achieve sales quotas and goals set by management through proactive sales strategies
- Attend site meetings or tender briefings as required to support sales processes
- Set up product trials for prospective customers to demonstrate value and functionality
- Support regional channel partners to enhance sales coverage and customer service
- Travel overseas to present products or conduct onsite training when necessary
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients to secure new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the ERP system for transparency and follow-up
- Prepare regular monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review to track progress and adjust strategies
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support business needs
