Job Description

Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying new clients and managing temporary power supply projects in Shanghai. Prepare technical proposals and sales forecasts while maintaining strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Shanghai to expand the client base and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Develop and present detailed technical proposals for temporary generator power supply systems, HVAC, Chiller, and Cooling Tower solutions tailored to diverse industry needs
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and performance targets consistently
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and accurate sales forecasts to support strategic business planning
  • Coordinate and manage short-term temporary power supply and distribution projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering, Instrumentation and Automation, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Experience in Electrical Power distribution and HVAC knowledge or strong customer contacts in related fields (considered if formal qualifications are not held)
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in Marine Offshore, shipyard, Power Generation, M&E, or Utilities sectors in China
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
