Job Description

. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in marine engineering, ship repair, and offshore sectors.

. Identify new clients, projects, and business opportunities within the marine industry.

. Handle the full sales cycle-from lead generation, enquiry handling, proposal submission, to deal closure.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, managers, and marine contractors.

. Conduct client meetings, vessel visits, and presentations to understand technical requirements.

. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to prepare quotations, costings, and scope of work.

. Review RFQs and ensure accurate pricing, timelines, and technical compliance.

. Follow up on ongoing quotations, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.

. Monitor project execution to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.

. Track sales performance, prepare monthly reports, and update management on progress.

. Participate in marine exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.

. Promote company services and capabilities through presentations and marketing materials.

. Support timely invoice submission and follow up for payment collection.

. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

. Maintain CRM records, client databases, and sales documentation.
