Sales Manager (Outdoor)

Job description :

• Sale of construction and scaffolding materials
• Establishing new, and maintain existing relationships with customers
• Managing customer requirements
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
• Prepare client quotations and tenders(rental/sales/projects)
• Negotiate contracts
• Provide after-sales support services
• Administering client accounts and follow up closely for payment status
• Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
• Solve client problems
• Discuss with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
• Plan and arrange products to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the construction, scaffolding, or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding products and their applications in construction projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
