SOQ International Academy, established in 2013, is a SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)-registered training provider offering accredited WSQ and Diploma programmes in Beauty, Wellness, Business, and Digital Marketing.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team in driving student enrolment and revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and achieving sales targets. You will also coach team members, improve conversion rates, and work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and support business growth. This role contributes to SOQ's mission of supporting individuals in achieving career advancement through quality education and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for course enrolment and services
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve sales performance
- Handle key clients and support closing of high-value sales
- Work closely with marketing team to align campaigns and improve lead conversion
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure positive customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in education or training-related industries, with strong understanding of customer engagement and enrolment processes
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
