We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead the sales of our premium commercial refrigerator and cooling solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market share within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Retail sectors.
Beyond acquiring new business, a critical part of this role is acting as a trusted advisor to our potential clients. You will ensure their needs are met, maintain strong long-term relationships, and secure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Identify and Close Leads: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities (B2B) including restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and industrial kitchens.
Product Consultation: Demonstrate technical knowledge of our commercial refrigeration units to recommend the best solutions for client needs (e.g., energy efficiency, capacity, layout).
Achieve Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Contract Negotiation: Handle price negotiations, draft quotations, and close sales contracts in accordance with company policies.
2. Client Relationship Management (CRM):
Account Maintenance: Serve as the primary point of contact for key existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and prompt resolution of any maintenance issues.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and market intelligence to help the company improve product offerings and service quality.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell new models or maintenance packages to existing partners.
3. Reporting & Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and sales forecasts for the management team.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, HORECA supplies, or HVAC/Refrigeration industries is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Relationship Focus: Proven track record of managing client relationships and handling customer inquiries with professionalism.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn technical specifications of refrigeration products.
