Lead direct sales activities in Singapore and manage distributors across assigned clusters, including Malaysia, Vietnam, and others.
Provide coaching, guidance, and development support to the team members and also, the distributor teams through on‑the‑job learning, training, education, and project assignments.
Foster strong teamwork across distributor sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance business performance, employee engagement, and retention.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management, product support, and collaboration with Ortho Service Engineers.
Drive key internal business processes, including:
Developing marketing plans with the marketing team
Aligning distributor sales direction with marketing strategies
Supporting supply chain in inventory management, reagent and instrument forecasting
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Ensure distributors strictly follow QuidelOrtho's supply chain, ordering, and service processes.
Establish and communicate quality objectives within the QMS framework and ensure compliance across all assigned markets.
Operate in full compliance with relevant regulations and QuidelOrtho policies.
Report any QuidelOrtho product complaints within 24 hours of awareness.
Support timely distributor payment collection in line with agreed timelines.
Qualifications
Required:
8–12 years of overall experience, with strong exposure to Sales and Marketing within the medical devices industry.
Proven people management experience.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience driving sales across Singapore Cluster
Strong commercial and consumer industry knowledge.
Strategic thinker with strong business judgment, big picture orientation, and results-driven mindset.
Strong analytical ability with experience in market research and competitive intelligence.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
