Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance across all retail outlets to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train outlet supervisors and frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Brand Standards: Ensure all stores maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand consistency.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Market Strategy: Develop and implement promotional campaigns and localized marketing activities to increase footfall.
- Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably with established lifestyle or F&B brands.
- Background: Proven track record in managing multiple retail outlets or high-traffic flagship stores.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: Result-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
