Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer and distributor networks across Asia.
Manage key accounts and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with global technical and service teams to support customers.
Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Machinery/equipment sales experience in automation, SMT, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven business development skills with a results-driven mindset.
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with international teams.
