Sava Leisure (Pte.) Ltd. is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate growth across Asian and international markets. If you are passionate about sales leadership and business expansion, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and expand sales across Asian and international markets
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hotels and attractions in Singapore
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on global markets
- Set clear sales targets and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports
- Coach and evaluate team members to enhance productivity and performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Resolve complex customer issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Oversee daily sales operations, processes, and systems
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies and goals
- Continuously improve sales effectiveness and overall team performance
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
