SINGADERM (ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Manager to support and expand its business operations in the beauty, medical, and wholesale distribution sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategic accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth in accordance with company objectives.
Develop, implement, and execute structured sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customers, distributors, and wholesale partners
Expand market presence within the beauty, medical, and related product segments
Conduct professional sales presentations, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support strategic planning
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and after-sales support
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably within beauty, medical products, pharmaceuticals, or wholesale trade
Demonstrated ability to manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured business environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners
