Job Summary

Drive new business growth by prospecting leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in consultancy and professional services. Collaborate with marketing and deliver exceptional client support to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts to expand the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Present and demonstrate services and solutions tailored to address customer needs and challenges effectively
  • Negotiate and close deals to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Stay informed of company offerings, market trends, and industry developments to maintain competitive advantage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years success in Hunter-style sales, preferably in consultancy, training, or professional services
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed quotas and close net-new business
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrated by winning competitive deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills applied in sales contexts
  • Proficient in CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline discipline and track performance
  • Self-motivated, relentless, and target-driven mindset focused on closing deals
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
