Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager with experience in regulatory technology sales (KYC/KYB, KYT, Transaction Monitoring, dynamic Risk Assessment and Data Analytics, etc.) across Asia Pacific region covering either traditional financial institutions or Web3 companies (such as exchanges, OTC vendors, wallets, or U card issuers). In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our presence in the region.

You will work closely with product, marketing, account management and customer success teams to deliver solutions that address either regulatory or in-house risk management challenges faced by financial institutions, Web3 companies or other industries. Your expertise in RegTech and knowledge of the regulatory landscape in Asia will be crucial in achieving sales targets and growing our market share.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS/Regtech sales cycles;
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in SAAS subscription- based or recurring revenue models;
  • Deep understanding of the KYC/KYB, KYT, Transaction Monitoring, dynamic Risk Assessment and Data Analytics processes of traditional financial institutions or Web3 companies;
  • Strong business sense and self-motivated;
  • Fluent in speaking both English and Chinese.

Work Duties

  1. Business Development and Maintenance:
  • Understands the lifecycle, key processes, and control requirements for all products;
  • Builds and maintains contact with all new and existing clients to ensure high closing ratio of sales/up-sales/cross-sales transaction and high level of clients satisfaction;
  • Provides Business Continuity Planning and relationship management plan to ensure high retention rate of existing clients;
  • Provides day to day support of clients activities including invoicing and accounts receivables related duties;
  • Keep abreast on product development and advise clients accordingly;
  • Ensure all clients requests and actions are followed up diligently and on time;
  1. Manage Internal Process and Stakeholders
  • Maintains & completes onboarding process with new clients;
  • Maintains and updates client databases, including clients particulars changes and any exceptional requirements;
  • Creates reports regarding current status of customer account as requested;
  • Active communication of client's needs and feedbacks with key internal stakeholders Sales Team & Development Team
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
