Sales Manager/ Retail Operations Manager

Our esteemed client in the Apparel/ Retail industry is seeking a Sales Manager/ Retail Operations Manager to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Sales Manager
• Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Rochor)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + AWS

Job Responsibilities:

• Curate and propose attractive products for in-store events and promotions.
• Research and recommend new business opportunities to drive sales and service improvements.
• Maintain service and operational standards with the sales team.
• Conduct product training and mentor retail staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and POP/product display requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock movements, and support event setups.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Support daily retail operations, logistics, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve targets.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma with minimum 3 years of related experience as a Sales Manager in the Retail Industry.
• Proficient with MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator will be added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays when there are events or whenever required.
