Sales and business development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share in the industrial moving sector
- Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities with manufacturing companies, contractors, fleet owners, and infrastructure firms
- Conduct site visits and consultations with clients to accurately assess project scopes, develop tailored solutions, and prepare comprehensive quotes
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Manage the sales pipeline and track all sales activities and progress using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Client and relationship management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large commercial accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the company's value proposition
