Our client is a global manufacturer specializing in advanced materials for vacuum coating and surface engineering applications, supporting industries such as semiconductors, optics, and precision manufacturing. Due to their ongoing expansion in the region, they are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen their commercial presence and drive business growth. They are located in the (West) - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Manage and expand business accounts within assigned territories across industrial and high-tech sectors
Develop sales strategies to promote coating materials, targets, and related technical solutions
Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align product offerings with customer requirements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business planning
Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates through internal reporting systems
Support after-sales follow-up, including order fulfilment coordination and issue resolution
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related disciplines
Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial materials, semiconductor, or technical solutions environment
Familiarity with vacuum coating materials, sputtering targets, or thin film processes is advantageous
Experience in building from zero for regional or international accounts is preferred
Willing to travel overseas for client engagement and business development activities
