Overview
Responsible for the overall sales target of the assigned solutions, within assigned territory/ies. This role is responsible for achieving annual company objectives and strategic account objectives while ensuring the focus on customers with high-value and strategic growth opportunities.
Job Descriptions:
- Manages the end to end sales cycle within the assigned solutions and territory/ies, and ensures overall targets are met.
- Leads the end to end opportunity development efforts that best address customer requirements, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company resources.
- Manages and monitors new business pitches / presentations and conducts effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Scopes different companies in various industries, understanding their operations and business needs.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an on-going basis.
- Manages the end to end customer lifecycle and ensures customer retention and growth with existing clients.
- Understands the demands of the assigned industry and knows the products that best fit the needs of the industry.
- Crafts programs/initiatives and strategies to attain the assigned sales target.
- Manages the progression, conversion and reporting of all leads passed on to his/her assigned team/industry.
- Maintains and updates client records and updates, news and changes.
- Communicates, monitors and ensures proper billing and accreditation procedures.
- Works closely with Practice Team/s to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Manages all sales-related reports including but not limited to pipeline, funnel, sales, opportunities, and the like.

- Sales process and lifecycle knowledge.
- Executive presentation skills and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in IT solutions and keeps oneself abreast with the latest digital trends and innovations.
- Communicates and expresses thoughts clearly, is organized and systematic exudes confidence in projecting ideas and has presence of mind (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrates the ability to manage stakeholders, and engage and build a good relationship with individuals providing the most impact on their work.
- Upholds integrity in all dealings and projects.
- Accountable, yet works in collaboration and teamwork with others.
- Manages time well, able to balance multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

(2) EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- A degree in a computer science-related course
(3) PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position, working for an IT servicesand solutions company.
- Must have a proven track record in sales in a B2B industry.
- Experience in channel sales preferred.
- ERP and NetSuite experience preferred.
