Job Summary
Drive sales growth by developing new customer bases and delivering tailored project logistics solutions. Build strong stakeholder relationships and leverage market intelligence to achieve high customer satisfaction aligned with corporate strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and expand targeted customer base and industry segments for project logistics services
- Promote and communicate service offerings effectively to customers and prospects
- Conduct sales calls and client visits to generate new business opportunities
- Lead internal and vendor meetings to design customized logistics solutions
- Develop pricing and business models tailored to customer needs and market conditions
- Prepare and submit detailed proposals and corporate presentations to secure contracts
- Address and resolve customer objections to facilitate sales closure
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Gather and analyze industry and customer intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Compile and submit sales reports and performance analyses to management and customers
- Present sales performance and insights to stakeholders to support decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to maintain financial accuracy and customer trust
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the logistics industry

- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in proposals, reports, and invoicing
- Strong networking skills to engage and build relationships with new clients
