Job Summary

Lead sales initiatives by maintaining and expanding client and supplier relationships, driving new business development, and managing sales strategies to achieve brand visibility and sales targets within the hospitality market.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients and suppliers to enhance business partnerships and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streams
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans that increase brand visibility and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and tools to effectively communicate product value to clients
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms that support business objectives and client needs
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assess sales team performance regularly and implement strategies to enhance team effectiveness and motivation
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support business goals

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team, including implementing retention measures
  • Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
