Your duties and responsibilities include the following:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and company objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning of products/services.
3. Drive business development initiatives to identify new clients, secure project opportunities, and expand market presence.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, developers, contractors, and clients.
5. Oversee the full sales cycle, including proposal preparation, tender submissions, negotiations, and deal closures.
6. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders, including coordinating internal meetings with relevant departments to finalize pricing, terms, and conditions.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive and responsive to industry changes.
8. Prepare and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
9. Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, track progress, and report updates to management.
10. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the capabilities and performance of the sales and marketing team.
11. Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Project Management, Operations, QS/Contracts) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
12. Oversee project follow-ups, including delivery coordination, site issue resolution, and post-sales support.
13. Ensure timely collection of payments for completed projects and work-in-progress, including assisting in debt recovery when required.
14. Prepare and submit periodic sales and marketing reports for management review and strategic planning.
15. Strengthen company branding, public relations, and overall market image.
16. Drive continuous growth, profitability, and long-term business sustainability.
17. Identify talent needs, recommend potential hires, and support team development and succession planning.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in showroom sales, outside sales, project sales, or building materials / interior-related industries is an advantage.
Strong B2B & B2C marketing exposure
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic salary with sales commission based on individual and/or team performance.
Commission structure to be shared upon confirmation or during interview.
