Job Summary
We seek a driven Sales Manager to grow our SME segment by acquiring new clients, managing sales targets, and identifying business opportunities through strategic outreach and market research.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients to expand the SME customer base
- Manage sales operations to achieve and exceed monthly growth targets
- Identify potential business opportunities through cold calling and social media outreach
- Conduct market research to uncover selling possibilities and implement effective sales programs
- Arrange and lead meetings with potential clients to recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver targeted sales results
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales environments
- Previous work experience in a high-growth company
- Understanding of the Account Receivable Cycle
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English proficiency in a second language is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A degree in any discipline
