Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement sales strategies to meet volume, revenue, and profitability goals. Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. Manage the sales pipeline and lead funnel across multiple customer engagement points including showrooms and digital platforms. Oversee product strategy and ordering in collaboration with manufacturers and internal teams to optimize product offerings. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance alignment of products with customer needs. Manage both new and used vehicle inventories to maximize sales potential and mitigate risks. Promote customer loyalty, aiming for leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Ensure that all customer interactions uphold the standards of a premium brand. Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements. Maintain high operational integrity and governance standards. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree qualifications preferred, along with a proven sales history in the automotive sector. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to surpass targets. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
