Job Description

Design and implement the overall sales strategy to meet or exceed company revenue targets and growth objectives.

Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
Monitor expenses related to sales campaigns, travel, and promotional activities to stay within budget.
Optimize the allocation of resources to maximize sales and profit margins.
Maintain and nurture relationships with high-value customers and strategic partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
