Job Description

The position is responsible for driving sustainable business growth for a global brand through new account acquisition, distributor development, and strategic market engagement. The role focuses on expanding dealer networks, developing private-label opportunities, and strengthening distributor partnerships while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and sales governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new account acquisition initiatives for the global brand in collaboration with appointed distributors.
  • Support distributors in identifying and onboarding new dealers.
  • Work closely with Customer Sales Representatives to convert cold leads into active customers.
  • Conduct joint market visits with distributors to support sales growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute distributor-specific business plans aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
  • Monitor distributor performance and recommend strategic actions to optimize results.

Market Engagement and Intelligence

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key industry stakeholders, including manufacturers, dealers, distributors, social media influencers, and automotive dealerships.
  • Systematically gather market intelligence on competitive activity, pricing, and customer trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of assigned sales revenue and growth targets.
  • Adherence to corporate sales policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Achievement of targets for direct customer and dealer acquisitions.
  • Achievement of new automotive dealership acquisition targets.
  • Timely and effective execution of sales-related initiatives outlined in approved marketing plans.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1015 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or channel management (experience in the Window Film or Paint Protection Film industry is an advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an must.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a structured approach to market development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build senior-level relationships, generate market intelligence, and translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
