Job Summary
Join our Singapore team as a sales professional driving B2B channel growth, strategic partnerships, and hotel distribution expansion across global markets. Leverage OTA industry expertise and API connectivity knowledge to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand B2B sales channels within the travel and hotel distribution industry to increase market reach
- Identify, approach, and secure new business partners including travel agencies, OTAs, wholesalers, and other distribution partners to grow sales
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize sales performance and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to support API integration projects and connectivity-based partnerships for seamless technology adoption
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Drive sales growth across assigned markets by executing targeted sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to inform management decisions
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, business trips, trade shows, and partner visits as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in the travel, hospitality, or OTA industry
- Proven experience in B2B channel sales demonstrating successful business development outcomes
- Hands-on experience with API connectivity or integration projects within the travel industry
- Strong understanding of OTA distribution structures and hotel sales channels
- Established network within OTAs, wholesalers, DMCs, or other travel trade partners
- Experience handling or developing markets in the Middle East, Europe, and India
- Experience in hotel contracting, distribution, or connectivity-based sales environments
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop actionable sales strategies
- Ability and willingness to travel overseas for business purposes
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken), required for effective vendor and customer communication.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
