Oddle is a restaurant-first technology company helping F&B businesses grow their revenue through data. We work with thousands of restaurants across Asia-Pacific, powering their delivery, reservations, loyalty, marketing, and payments.

As we deepen our position in the Singapore market, we're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale our local revenue team.

The Role

You will be fully accountable for Singapore's sales performance leading the team, refining sales execution, and building a disciplined, predictable revenue engine.

This role reports directly to the General Manager (Singapore) and works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to drive market growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You are expected to drive productivity, optimise, and elevate not just manage.

What you will own

1 Revenue Accountability

  • Own Singapore's sales targets
  • Drive consistent pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
  • Monitor leading indicators (activity levels, stage conversion rates, deal velocity)

2 Team Leadership & Performance Culture

  • Lead and coach Business Development Specialists
  • Conduct structured 1:1s and pipeline reviews
  • Raise performance standards while maintaining team morale
  • Identify performance gaps early and intervene effectively

3 Sales Process & Discipline

  • Refine qualification frameworks and ICP definition for SG restaurants
  • Improve outbound playbooks and conversion rates
  • Enforce CRM hygiene and reporting standards
  • Shorten sales cycles and improve deal predictability

4 Market Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Identify priority restaurant segments and growth pockets
  • Work with Marketing on SG-focused demand generation
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion and referrals
  • Provide structured market feedback to leadership

What We're Looking For

You may be:

  • A Senior Account Executive ready to step into leadership
  • Or an experienced Sales Manager seeking full market ownership

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 48 years of B2B sales experience
  • Has managed or mentored sales reps
  • Is comfortable in outbound-heavy environments
  • Understands core metrics (win rate, pipeline coverage, sales cycle, ACV)
  • Is structured, commercially sharp, and resilient
  • Thrives in a performance-driven environment

Bonus:

  • Experience selling into SMEs or F&B operators
  • Experience in SaaS or tech-enabled services
