Our client is a smart workplace solutions provider is seeking an experienced Regional Corporate Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the AsiaPacific region. You will develop key enterprise relationships, drive regional account strategies, and partner with industry stakeholders to expand market presence. This role suits a commercially driven professional with strong regional exposure, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to win and manage complex enterprise accounts.

Your new role

  • Drive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority sectors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior decisionmakers across the region.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable workplace solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth delivery and longterm client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain CRM discipline.
  • Track competitive activity and regional trends to refine gotomarket plans.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in workplace solutions, proptech, corporate real estate, design & build products.
  • Proven success closing enterprise deals and managing regional markets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage seniorlevel decisionmakers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capability.
  • Ability to travel across the region as needed.
