We are looking for a strategic and driven Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth, expand market reach, and lead a motivated team in achieving key business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales leadership experience, a history of successful sales enablement, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while continuously enhancing processes through data-driven insights, collaboration, and innovation.

Essential Job Functions:

Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue objectives, effectively managing different stages of the sales cycle.

Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, offering support and direction throughout the sales process.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline while keeping customers informed on products, pricing, and competitive differentiators.

Cultivate strong client relationships to support business expansion.

Evaluate market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.

Drive improvements in processes and integrate new technologies to enhance the sales function.

Take part in negotiations and assist in successfully finalizing deals.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience

Generally 7+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role

Demonstrated success in sales and sales enablement

Strong skills in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis

Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and technologies

Other Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a related field is advantageous

Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are beneficial
