In charge of developing sales and marketing strategy including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, new market entry plan and analysis, budget and timeline
Provide leadership, direction and strategies to meet sales and profit targets
Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs
To manage and build relationships with customers and distributors
To enable negotiations regarding price variations, customer specification and promotional mechanisms.
Evaluate local distribution needs and distribution networks to maximize sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure review on debtors ageing are under control.

Job Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent
Minimum 3- 5 years of Business Development experience in FMCG and Food Services/ previous related working experience as a marketing role in sales and marketing.
Strong in customer relationship management and networking
Strong in IT literate in MS Excel/ Microsoft Office Applications
Strong in presentation skills
Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
Able to work well in a fast-paced with high level of self- motivation and determination in dynamic environment
Posses a class 3 vehicle license
Excellent problem-solver, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
