SALES MANAGER

Job Summary

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Food & Beverage industry. Lead sales teams, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty
• Manage key accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team's performance to meet sales objectives
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, pricing, and sales agreements to support sales activities
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to secure profitable deals
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor sales performance, customer orders, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for Management to support decision-making
• Address customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues promptly to maintain customer trust
• Develop and execute promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales and customer retention
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and business development activities
• Perform additional sales and business development duties as assigned by Management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the Food & Beverage, catering, food manufacturing, or related industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with effective business and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a sales team
