We are now looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us achieve ambitious customer and revenue growth targets. In this role, you'll drive sales by creating and executing plans that maximize potential, while strengthening customer relationships and satisfaction. You'll work closely with our experienced sales team and cooperate with our services team to deliver best customer experience possible.
This role is full-time and permanent. Your home base is in Singapore, where you can work flexibly at the office or in a hybrid mode. This role is truly global, since your colleagues and customers will be across multiple countries. To succeed in this role, you'll need to travel regularly, mostly to Asia and Europe to visit our customers and other NAPA offices.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
Meet the personal sales targets in Singapore and Southeast Asia
Lead sales negotiations and prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
Create and execute regional sales budgets and account plans
Drive promotion and sales activities in the assigned region
Represent NAPA at conferences and events through presentations and keynote speaking
Support new product launches and marketing initiatives
Provide feedback to product management, development and service teams
