Job Description

Your Tasks

. Engine Maintenance and related services sales and workload responsibility within assigned market area for all MTU facilities

. Develop and lead sales strategies, negotiations and market full range of engine maintenance and relates services

. Develop and provide creative solutions for cross selling opportunities such as engine leasing, trading and consultancy services

. Prepare and negotiate contracts

. Maximize sales volume within respective customer/product segment

. Think strategically to develop, improve existing engine maintenance contracts

. Continuous acquire of new customers and strengthen existing customer ties

. Proactive customer management, ensure and further develop customer satisfaction

. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with business partners in the region by customer visits

. Responsible for receivables management of respective customer

. Provide market intelligence, support strategic and operational planning

. Proactive internal stakeholders management and coordinate administrative requests within the MTUnetwork

. Support and enhance integration of the MTU Singapore office into the MTU network

. Enhance understanding of the MTU location specific processes in the Singapore office

. Support the activities of MTU Singapore office and APAC related events

Your Profile

. Degree in mechanical engineering, aviation technology, economics engineering, business studies or longtime ( 10 years) experience in the aviation business.

. Experience in the sales of aviation services (in particular engine maintenance services), product and market experience, expert knowledge

. IT literate (SAP, MS office, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Solid English language skills, German language skills preferable, additional languages a Bonus

. Strong negotiation skills, target oriented, consistent approach, strong customer orientation, strategic competence, project management experience

. Prepared to travel (25%-30%) and office attendance (40%)

. High technical interest is desirable
