Job Description
- Analyse data and intel on competitor landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunities.
- Communicate and review sale teams sales performance metrics against key performance indicators.
- Conduct negotiation of sales agreements.
- Develop actions for clients requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.
- Develop consultative selling methods to identify clients needs.
- Develop measures to enhance client retention based on customer data and purchasing behaviour.
- Develop measures to strengthen client portfolio based on client segmentation.
- Develop sales strategies to align with client segmentation, competitor analysis and overall strategies.
- Develop upselling techniques.
- Handle complex customer enquiries.
- Lead follow-up with clients to close sales.
- Manage sales channels and database of sales leads.
- Participate in relevant industry events for networking.
