Role Responsibilities
- Sales and promotion of the followed products and services: mainly for life science, fast moving consumer goods, and other related industrials, including the turnkey modular facility (or key manufacturing facilities built by other ways, such as pre engineering building), utility modules (e-house, chiller station), modular NAT Lab/fever clinic CT room/isolation-cabin, and front end engineering design & project management related to the above turnkey projects.
- Maintain the existing clients assigned by the employer and develop new clients (mainly focus on life-science, FMCG, fine chemicals, and etc.).
- For each client, leading the business development, and in charge of commercial communication, including project information collection, project assessment, project bidding, bidding follow up, up to project contractual settle down, as well as internal project alignment and payment.
- Client relationship maintenance, and effectively participate in their any new projects, and efficiently promote company suitable products and services, or new products.
- Participates in exhibitions, seminars, and industrial conferences.
- Maintain records of sales activity timely and submit sales reports.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Bio-Engineering, pharmaceutical, chemical engineering, architecture, HVAC, or relevant engineering major and background, bachelor or higher education.
- An understanding of production process, mechanical manufacturing processes, construction methods, engineering design and commissioning & validation procedure, will be preferred.
- Strong team spirit, good coordination capabilities, and capable to solve complicated problems.
- Well thinking and thoughtfully decision-making sense.
- Familiar with CAD, project, and other Microsoft software.
- Language: Excellent English communication skill and Mandarin
- Accept short-term travel.
- 5 years or above sales & marketing work experience in the above-mentioned industrials.
