Sales Manager - Tooling / Industrial Products
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our tooling product line in Singapore. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and team management to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to achieve product line and overall business targets.
Develop and execute new business and product sales plans.
Expand the distribution network and strengthen relationships with resellers and key end users.
Collaborate with regional sales managers to drive product line growth.
Gather market intelligence, build brand loyalty, and implement regional strategies.
Supervise and mentor the Singapore sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of industrial sales experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
Proven track record in business development and key account management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-focused skills.
Experience in oil & gas, power plants, mining, automotive repair, aviation, cutting tools, or industrial hardware/tools is preferred.
