Job Description
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective door-to-door sales strategies to promote our range of stone table tops, kitchen tops, and other surfacing products.
Client Engagement:
- Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of potential clients, including renovation showrooms, fabrication workshops, and manufacturing factories.
- Conduct in-person sales visits to showcase products and services.
Customer Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, working to resolve any challenges related to orders, product quality, or service.
Product Promotion:
- Present catalogs and provide physical samples to clients, highlighting the quality, design, and durability of our stone products.
Contract Management:
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon by both parties.
Payment Collection:
- Oversee the collection of payments from clients in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team sales goals.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and contractors to secure repeat business and referrals.
