Job Summary
You will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets. Drive business growth by building and maintaining long-term relationships with targeted clients and business partners, leveraging your leadership and management expertise to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Lead and motivate sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed company sales targets
- Build, grow, and sustain long-term relationships with clients and business partners to foster customer loyalty and repeat business
- Manage the entire sales cycle, providing professional service from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within interior fittings, construction materials, retail, or related industries
- Strong communication skills applied to negotiate and present solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated determination and persistence in achieving sales goals
