Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive promotion of the Company's product portfolio to prospective clients

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain a strong order backlog

  • Monitor tenders and RFPs manage and take full ownership of submissions

  • Deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasts, including account-specific approach plans for key clients

  • Track market activity, including customers and competitors, and share insights with company leadership

  • Support customers by directing them to the appropriate resource for timely issue resolution

  • Develop strategies and tactics aligned with company objectives to meet sales targets

  • Travel frequently for client-facing meetings

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the maritime industry (preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years in Sales or Account Management roles

  • At least 1 year of experience in SaaS

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (required)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (essential) and CRM platforms

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills

  • High level of professionalism and work ethic

  • Adaptability to new technology and a constantly evolving environment
