About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, coaching and motivating a high-performance team, and driving market expansion across key segments. The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership with a deep understanding of our industry, a passion for customer success, and the ability to translate vision into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in line with company objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and optimize team performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management.

  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role in a relevant industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales analytics tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and solve problems proactively.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to building long-term relationships and delivering value.
