Sales Manager (Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

• Base salary up to $7,800/month + $500 Transport + Commissions

We are partnering with a well-established Asia based logistics and supply chain group with a strong footprint regionally. Built on over 4 decades of industry experience, it delivers integrated freight forwarding, transportation, and value-added logistics solutions to multinational clients. Known for its operational reliability, customer-centric mindset, and ability to navigate complex cross-border supply chains, the business partners closely with customers to support growth across diverse markets and industries. As Singapore office is newly incorporated, they are expanding the commercial team and is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to be part of their growth story!

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will focus on new business acquisition, driving growth by proactively identifying, targeting, and converting new customers within key industry verticals (FMCG / Retail / Automotive). You will take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from market mapping and prospect engagement through to solution design, negotiation, and deal closure. Working closely with internal teams, you will develop compelling logistics solutions that win new clients, build early-stage client relationships into long-term partnerships, and consistently contribute to revenue and pipeline growth across the targeted verticals

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with at least 3 years of Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management experience within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics sector. Having vertical focus in either Retail, Consumer Goods / FMCG, or Automotive will be an added advantage. You will also need to possess strong knowledge in international shipping processes, custom clearance, and trade documentations.
