We are a growing company specializing in hotel refurbishment projects as a Main Contractor, offering hotel renovation, custom furniture supply, acoustic solutions, and in-house web applications for hospitality and commercial clients.

Job Summary

We seek a motivated Sales Manager passionate about developing new business and closing deals, with performance-based commissions rewarding success.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors to expand client base and revenue
• Identify and engage hotel owners, operators, designers, architects, consultants, and developers to generate leads and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Promote the company's refurbishment services, customized furniture, acoustic products, and software solutions to target markets
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs and project requirements
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable agreements while meeting client expectations
• Coordinate with project, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by managing sales pipeline and closing deals effectively
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to increase brand visibility and generate leads
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM reports to track progress and inform strategy

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful deal closures
• Ability to work independently with a self-driven, hunter mindset
• Proficiency in communicating and writing in Mandarin

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in hotel refurbishment, interior fit-out, main contracting, furniture, building materials, acoustic products, or software/SaaS sales
• Possession of a valid driving licence (preferred)
