The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business, nurturing leads, closing deals, and expanding client relationships across all Koocester media verticals (Koocester, Autos, Homes, Business, Foodie and Wealth).
You will act as frontline revenue generators, ensuring pipeline consistency, accurate forecasting, and exceptional client experience.
The role requires speed, discipline, relationship-building, and deep understanding of Koocester's brand, content, and storytelling.
Generate new leads daily (inbound + outbound)
Identify high-value prospects across relevant industries
Conduct social selling, DM outreach, email prospecting, and networking
Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM / Lark / Sheets and clear reporting of data.
Provide qualified, well-prepared leads to producers and CRO
Conduct structured discovery calls
Identify client pain points, goals, and brand positioning
Collect all information needed for scoping
Pass clear client insights to producers for concept development
Send proposals within 12 hours
Present Koocester's value, storytelling capabilities, and deliverables
Handle objections using structured frameworks
Follow up consistently until deal is won or lost
Maintain proposal-to-close rate targets
Build trust and rapport with new prospects
Maintain warm relationships with past clients
Conduct regular check-ins, updates, and follow-ups
Guide clients calmly and confidently through the buying process
Update leads daily
Report sales numbers in daily and weekly meetings
Maintain clean, accurate pipeline

Work closely with producers for scoping
Provide editors with context to improve storytelling
Work with marketing & social media manager for lead flow

Educate clients on Koocester's ecosystem and long-term journey
Maintain brand reputation in all communications
